Chinese Parasol Tree

The Chinese Parasol tree (Firmiana simplex) is a deciduous tree native to Asia.  The specimen we have on our campus is located by our shed near the athletic fields.  This species has the largest simple leaf of all the tree species on our campus.  To learn more about this species click here.
