The Common Fig (Ficus carica) is a flowering tree native to Asia and the Middle East. You will find two of these figs in our Bible Garden on the west side of our church building. Figs are mentioned in a number of places throughout the Old and New Testaments in the Bible. To learn more about this species click here.
